Refund Policy

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item notify us within 3 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement. Please provide your order number and name to our email at:

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged a shipping rate*

 We kindly ask that you please double check your shopping cart and shipping information when placing a order. We are unable to cancel or modify and order once it has been placed!

Please check the size chart if you are unsure on sizing on RFV Design Apparel custom tees. They are unisex. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing, sizing up is recommend  if unsure with the fit or the fabric or email us fore personal assistance on picking a size! For RFV Designz, individual size charts are on the listings and all items are true to size unless stated otherwise. We do not offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment.

Once your order has been processed within 3 business day timeframe, then your order will be shipped, it is out of my control. If you have any inquiries in regards to shipping you will need to contact USPS or your Route package protection so they can best serve you.
