Orders are typically processed within 3 business days but can take up to 5 business days on busier weeks, and THEN your order will ship.
****Please note that shipping carriers are
experiencing significant delays.
We're also hearing those carriers are not updating
tracking status as frequently as they normally do, due to under staffing and COVID-19*****
*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*

Where is my order?
All shipping inquires need to be directed to Route or USPS. Please do NOT email regarding your order until 12 business days have passed.

Orders will be processed within 5 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed. (this means I have up to 5 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped!) After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries, you must contact USPS so they can best serve you. We don't offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment. Please triple check your sizes and addresses!

Please wash all apparel inside out on cold and air dry. For boutique clothing you must check the individual tag for best care instruction! We are not responsible for incorrect washing.
